Festival fashion definitely falls into a class entirely of its own. The cut-off shorts, flannel, hair chalk and wide brimmed hat make an epic outfit to wear while jamming out to Mumford and Sons, but it might be a little much in the real world. However, at LA’s FYF Fest this past weekend we spotted a hair trend that we’re hoping makes its way well outside the land of $15 beers and jam packed stages.
One of London’s trendiest salons, Bleach London came stateside and set up shop at FYF Fest to give attendees some pretty epic hair wraps. And let us just say, these are not the hair wraps you used to get on the boardwalk when you were ten. Instead, the innovative salon wrapped one girl’s hair in metal, twisted purple flowers into another lady’s locks and even included a gold charm in someone else’s.
The wraps have a definite nostalgia element but with a fun, modern (and quite literal) twist. Whether you’re looking for a way to amp up your naturally colored locks or you want to take that rainbow hair to the next level, these hair wraps are a super fun, non-permanent way to do just that.
Would you rock one of these hair wraps? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
